This is one of our most recent custom machine modification project: An imported wire mesh machine (painted in green), with troubled basic and manual mechanism.

The customer looking for an automatic and reliable machine that can be depended to a non-stop 2 shift production schedule.

All in all, we added the wire uncoiling mechanism, automatic mesh “drawer”, and also automatic hydraulic cutting mechanism (painted in blue).

Following a time and labor intensive process, now the automatic wire mesh machine running without any problems and our customer have a multiplied productivity rate.
